At R&R, each garment is created through a meticulous process that reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and detail. As many of our pieces are customized or made to order, delivery timelines are structured to accommodate careful production while ensuring transparency at every stage.


Production & Delivery Timelines:

For domestic orders, the estimated delivery period is 7–36 working days, calculated from the date of order confirmation. This duration includes tailoring, finishing, and quality checks. Delivery schedules may vary based on garment complexity, fabric availability, and customization requirements. Should any delays arise, our team will proactively communicate updates.

For international orders, production timelines remain the same, followed by an estimated 15–20 days for shipping. Customers in the USA and Canada should allow approximately 6–8 weeks in total for delivery. International transit times may be affected by customs clearance procedures beyond our control.


Order Confirmation & Processing:

Once an order is successfully placed, it enters our production workflow. Initial processing, including order verification and design alignment, typically requires 1–2 business days before tailoring commences.


Shipping Partners & Dispatch:

We collaborate with established logistics providers to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Shipping methods are selected based on destination and order specifications. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a confirmation email containing shipment and tracking details.


Shipping Charges:

Delivery charges are determined by the shipment weight, destination, and selected courier service. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout prior to payment.


Customs & Duties (International Orders):

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as per the regulations of the destination country. These charges are not included in the order value or shipping fees and must be borne by the customer. We recommend consulting local customs authorities for accurate information.


Tracking Your Order:

Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched. Customers can monitor shipment progress using the provided tracking number. Our support team is available should you require assistance at any point.


Damaged or Missing Shipments:

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, if an order arrives damaged or fails to reach its destination, please notify us at the earliest. We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and work towards an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
